  When H&R Johnson's decide to migrate their existing mission-critical SAP environment from an in-house location to a world-class datacenter, they were aware that a seamless and smooth migration would be no easy task, a difficulty exacerbated by the fact that the smooth migration had to be completed within a very short timeframe. In addition to the intimidating logistical challenges involved in the migration, the 24x7 SAP environment would have to be seamlessly integrated and implemented at the new location in a manner that would involve no downtime or loss of performance.

H&R Johnson's SAP environment serves multiple plants and offices, which need to access the environment in realtime, on a 24x7 basis. In addition to hosting the SAP environment, they also need to manage their diversified network, Enterprise Mail systems, Network Security, Data Backup and Retrieval systems, and ensure that the servers are effectively managed on a 24x7 basis using effective 'drill-down'-capable mechanisms.
