Service Delivery Manager

Job Designation: Service Delivery Lead / Manager

Department: Operations

Reporting To: Head- Service Delivery

Work Shift: General

Location: Mumbai

Primary Responsibility:

  • Execute IDC hosting projects including new Setup hosting, Migration projects, etc
  • Execute and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Create proper project plans for timely completion of projects
  • Co-ordinate with customers for better understanding of solution deployment
  • Co-ordinate with Internal teams for maintaining the delivery time lines
  • Ensure the delivery of services to the client to entirety and to customers satisfaction
  • Manage resources in a shared environment
  • Create project reports with detailed documentation related to project delivery
  • Transition Projects / Services delivered to Operations team to their comfort level
  • Adhere to processes and procedures laid down by the organization with respect to Service Delivery / Project Delivery

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Windows and Unix systems desired
  • Knowledge on Networking is desired
  • Knowledge on Server Hardware is desired
  • Working experience of Data Center environment is desired

Desired Technical Skills:

  • A PMP certification will be an advantage

Typical Years of Experience:

  • 7-9 years managing IT infrastructure projects

Education Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree (Engineering / IT) - preferred
  • Certification any (ITIL / PMP) - preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree (Engineering / IT) - preferred

Mandatory Skills:

  • A leader with good communication (verbal/written) skills. A team player and motivator
