Looking inside the Box - The COMPONENTS
- x86 Server infrastructure
Netmagic’s Cloud-in-a-Box offerings are based on x86 server infrastructure. Customers can choose from ‘Small’, ‘Medium’, and ‘Large’, depending on their capacity requirements. - Management Node
In addition to the number of nodes hosting the individual VMs, each Cloud-in-a-Box will have a Management node used to manage the Private Cloud grid on a 24/7 basis. - Orchestration Layer
Netmagic’s orchestration layer will allow customers to use the underlying Cloud-in-a-Box infrastructure to create and manage their VMs in real-time. The orchestration layer is delivered to customers as a graphical browser-based Provisioning Portal which allows administrators to create virtual machines in real-time. These VMs can be also managed using the Provisioning Portal – customer administrators can modify configurations by adding and removing resources from a VM within minutes.

- Netmagic commits a 99.95% uptime commitment on components of Netmagic’s network. These include Power and connectivity.
