Primary Responsibilities
- Custodian of Netmagic CMDB
- Accountable for communicating and enforcing the Configuration & Capacity Management Policy and Process
- Training and guidance in the Configuration & Capacity management process
- Conduct & facilitate periodic reviews with the relevant teams
- Reviews and evaluates the Configuration & Capacity process and maintain documents
Typical Years of Experience
- 1-2 yrs in a similar profile
Education Qualifications
- Graduation
- ITIL V3 foundation certified
