Tools & Delivery Framework

Our ITIL based framework can work with any of the existing tools that is used by the customer. In addition, you can also use our proprietary HELIOS service management platform that has been built on open source technologies.

The proprietary and self-managed nature of HELIOS means that customers have the ability to quickly customize and continuously improve their data center management processes.


 

Delivery Models

Remote Data Center Management Services are delivered through a mix of onsite and offshore teams. The delivery is executed from Netmagic’s state-of-the-art, ISO 27000 certified Delivery Centers across four metro cities. Each requirement is optimized to understand the right mix of skills and the nature of deployment. While onsite resources are dedicated for each client project, off-shore resources can either be dedicated or shared, to  meet specific customer requirements.

 

Dedicated

The delivery team is committed to meet security, compliance and technology requirements. Contracts are based on specific deliverables and measured through SLAs. The team can be located at either the customer site or Netmagic Delivery Center.

 

Shared

The delivery team is shared across a limited set of premium customers, allowing greater customer interaction while reducing TCO.

 

Hybrid

A hybrid delivery combines the best of two models. Specific skill sets are dedicated at customer premises, running a limited shift while 24 X 7 operations are executed from Netmagic’s offshore delivery centers.
