The Basic support is bundled along with the WebSmart solution and includes one-time product installation, phone and email product support for issues.
For customers who would like to leverage Netmagic's expert technical support team, the advanced support package is the right way to go. Within "Advanced" support, Netmagic experts will provide the one time and recurring technical assistance for configuration of the solution, reports analysis to help with problem identification and advanced scripting support.
