Delivery Model
NetMagic's Remote Infrastructure Management Services are available in Shared and Dedicated NOC (Network Operations Center) models. You can either contract a specific number of devices to be monitored or managed (such as servers and network elements) or have a specific number of L1, L2, or L3 engineers work exclusively on a 12x6 or 24x7 basis to monitor and manage your infrastructure remotely.

Notification and Escalation
Customer notifications happen are both automated as well as personal, and happen through Phone, Mail, and SMS messages to the designated customer contracts' mobile phones. Escalation within NetMagic happens through a stringent, clearly documented and rigorously followed escalation matrix. In the event that an alert or an event needs to be escalated to you, our customer, then we follow the escalation matrix provided by you at the start of the service.
