Sales Account Manager

Reporting to: AVP – Sales
Work Shift: General shift
Location: Mumbai
Primary Responsibilities
General:
- To develop and implement the business plan for the entire zone and achieve targeted profitability
- To coordinate all sales related tasks and activities for the zone with the corporate sales teams
- Identify opportunities, propose solutions to Customers in with the consultations with the technical/operational teams
- Build relationship with 'C' level / decision-makers at Clients site and potential customers
- Identify potential Clients for Projects / IT Solutions needs
- Exceed Sales Targets on an on-going basis
- Acquire and Manage Enterprise Accounts (Top 500)
- Will carry revenue target in these accounts
- Capable of developing good local contacts in the zone
Lead Generation:
- Direct and Indirect lead generation
- Sell IT services
- Tele-calling
- Be able to handle FAQ's on our business
- Work through trade organizations, chambers of commerce
- Generate observing emerging technologies across domains and other verticals
- Leverage existing sales collaterals and support to build new sales collaterals
- Engaging and Interacting with ' C ' Level CEO, CIO, CTO, or ' V or D ' level VP/ Director Development executives in regional and national markets and qualifying the lead
- Understand the prospect/ clients pain points
- Immediate business needs, budgets, time frame for outsourcing project
- Understanding client's organization, technologies, products, and domain
- Preparing the sales pitch based on their pain points and our value proposition
- Work with pre-sales technical and domain experts
- Understanding of the entire region/zone; Market Assessment, opportunity size, NetMagic service offerings in various verticals Generating Leads and Building the Sales Pipeline in those regions
- Be able to articulate NetMagic Services and Value Proposition
- Understand the past projects executed
- Liaison with Marketing, Technical and Delivery Teams and other teams in NetMagic
- Build a Master PowerPoint Corporate, Domain expertise, Technology expertise, Service Lines, Solutions and Case Studies Generate Weekly Sales Report, Dash Boards, SWS Report, Work Permit and Visa Report. Report generation
- Develop deep understanding of our customers and domains
- Contributing to developing and improving sales process
Secondary Responsibilities
- Ability to analyze data and interpret sales data and develop business plans accordingly. Should have good business Analysis skills
- Interact on regular basis with other teams within Netmagic to translate opportunities
- Support bid management – teams working in creating & responding to RFP, RFI, Proposals
- Build business relationships through networking, cold calling and leads generation program
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Adequate knowledge of Managed Hosted Services, Network Security, data Center and Remote IT Infrastructure Management and related terms and technologies
- Create business opportunities for NetMagic in all domains of Manufacturing, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom and IT, Pharma, Healthcare, Life Science and brick & mortar sectors
Desired Technical Skills
- Profiles having sales experience in IT industry at any given point in their career will be preferred
- Must be in a frontline sales position in the technology sector
- Familiarity with the software services or IT markets and trends
- Understanding of commercials and contracts
Typical Years of Experience
- 9 to 14 years
Education Qualifications
- If candidates are with non-engineering background, then prefer Science PGs or graduates with PG Dip in MKTG/Sales
- If candidates are with engineering background, then prefer candidates Science PGs or graduates with PG Dip in MKTG/Sales
Preferred Qualifications
Engineering Background with Sales/MKTG degree/diploma
