Netmagic provides two levels of support to customers – Basic and Advanced.

Basic Support

The Basic support is bundled along with the WebSmart solution and includes one-time product installation, phone and email product support for issues.

Advanced Support

For customers who would like to leverage Netmagic's expert technical support team, the advanced support package is the right way to go. Within "Advanced" support, Netmagic experts will provide the one time and recurring technical assistance for configuration of the solution, reports analysis to help with problem identification and advanced scripting support.

  • Advanced Scripting support that requires Modifications to default browser behavior and custom user actions will require a Statement of Work
  • Netmagic Support will provide the required technical assistance to customer team for configuration/reports as per the support plan selected. It is customer’s responsibility to log-in and execute the changes
  • In case of Real User Monitoring (RUM) Netmagic will provide script to customer team for configuration in application code. It is customer’s responsibility to install the provided script in to the application code header page
