Tsunehisa Okuno
Chairman
Tsunehisa is the Executive Vice President, Head of Global Business for the NTT Group. He’s responsible for planning and executing the global strategy.
Tsunehisa joined NTT in 1983. Since then he was engaged in network service promotion and corporate planning including the global strategy of NTT Group. In 2007 he was named General Manager of Global Business Strategy Office, Strategic Business Development Division of NTT. He was elected to Senior Vice President and Head of Global Business Office and Member of the Board of NTT in 2012. Since June 2018, he was elected to his current position of Executive Vice President. Tsunehisa graduated from the MIT Sloan School of Management, Executive Programme.
Abhijit Dubey
Global Chief Executive Officer, NTT Ltd.
Abhijit Dubey is Global Chief Executive Officer for NTT Ltd., and member of board of directors for NTT Ltd. and NTT Inc. NTT Ltd. is a USD 10 billion wholly owned operating company of the NTT Group, and one of the leading IT infrastructure and service providers in the world operating in 57 countries.
Abhijit joined NTT in February 2021 from McKinsey and Company, where he most recently served as a Senior Partner and core leader of the Global Tech, Media & Telecom (TMT) Practice.
Prior to McKinsey, Abhijit worked at Schlumberger as a Senior Field Engineer in the Oilfield Services business, based in North Africa. He holds an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering undergraduate from the Indian Institute of Technology Mumbai.
Aki Hattori
Chief Finance Officer and Board Director
As Chief Finance Officer for NTT Ltd., Aki is responsible for our overall financial operations including corporate governance and stewardship, statutory reporting, budgeting, and large-deal governance.
Aki joined the NTT Group in 1994. He has occupied a series of roles since then including Vice President, Head of Corporate Finance & Governance at NTT Inc. and Senior Manager, Global Business Office. He also held positions at NTT Holdings including Vice President at the Global Business Office. He has an MBA in Finance / Accounting from New York University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hitotsubashi University.Aki is currently based in London, UK and his wife and son live in Tokyo.
Takanobu Maeda
Chief Corporate Strategy and Planning & JMNC Officer
Takanobu is Chief Strategy Officer for NTT Ltd. He is responsible for leading our Strategy Council, documenting agreed corporate strategy, creating process to share the strategy internally and externally, and defining key metrics to measure, and drive our strategy execution.
Takanobu was previously Senior Vice President as the Head of Global Business and a Director of the Board in NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com). Prior to that, he was President and CEO of NTT Com Asia Limited, one of the largest overseas affiliates in NTT Com, and HKNet Company Limited from 2009 to 2016.
Takanobu was seconded to NTT America in 1995 on a business incubation project to conduct research on optic technology. While based in New York, he was assigned as Head of Arcstar and GIN in the US in 1997. In 2000, he was transferred back to NTT Communications to establish the Global Network Division as the Director of the division. He was promoted to Vice President of Global IP Network Sales and Marketing in 2006. Takanobu began his career in telecommunications at NTT Corporation in April 1988, following his graduation with a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Meiji University, Tokyo, Japan.
Takanobu lives with his wife in Tokyo and has a daughter who lives in Osaka. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, doing yoga and watching movies with his wife.
Vab Goel
Founding Partner, NTT Venture Capital
Vab Goel is an entrepreneur and venture capitalist. Vab is the founding partner of NTT Ltd. Venture Capital (NTTVC), a venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley. He is also a strategic advisor to NTT Group companies on strategy, emerging technology, and trends.
Previously, Vab was a Partner at Norwest Venture Partners for 19 years, a leading venture capital firm in Silicon Valley with $8B+ under management where he invested in startups in Asia, Israel, and USA. Vab helped launch multiple successful companies including world’s leading overlay network company, Virtela, which NTT acquired in 2014.
Vab served as Qwest’s Vice President of emerging technologies, a group he founded. In that position, he was responsible for identifying new technologies and the creation and implementation of the “Qwest IP Network and Data Center Strategy.” Prior to joining Qwest, Vab worked at Sprint, where he was a principal architect for the Sprint Internet backbone and contributed to the world’s first IP-over-Optical Internet architecture.
Vab collaborates with global CIOs to understand their challenges and help them adopt new technologies. In 1999, Vab was named as one of the Top 25 Unsung heroes of the internet. Vab holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University.
David Sherriffs
Chairman Audit and Risk Committee, NTT Ltd.
Dave Sherriffs is the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of the NTT Group, which oversees the Group’s governance framework, including the integrity of financial reporting, the establishment and adherence to appropriate risk management processes, and compliance with respective regulatory and ethical requirements.
Until the end of 2020 Dave was the Chief Financial Officer of the NTT Limited Group, having previously been the CFO of the Dimension Data Group. Prior to this, Dave was executive assistant to the Chairman at Anglo American Plc. Dave trained as Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in South Africa.
Dave has two daughters, and lives in London. He is involved in a number of venture capital businesses as investor and advisor. In his free time he enjoys sailing, tennis and golf.
Shuichi Sasakura
Senior Executive Vice President for NTT DATA, Inc.
Shuichi joined NTT in 1987 and was involved in the early creation of internet services in Japan. In 1996 he played a key role in the establishment of OCN, Japan's largest internet service provider, and Japan Network Access Point (JPNAP), which is now one of the world’s biggest internet exchanges.With over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry, he has become an expert on innovative and disruptive technology trends and has been a leader in transforming NTT Group from a traditional telco to a leading global IT company.Prior to joining NTT DATA, Inc., Shuichi served on the board of NTT Communications as Executive Vice President. He was also Head of Data Platform Services where he was responsible for network, data center and cloud services as well as IoT.Shuichi lives in Tokyo and is a keen mountain-biker. - Executive committee

Alan Turnley-Jones
Chief Executive Officer, Dimension Data Middle East & Africa
Alan Turnley-Jones was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dimension Data Middle East & Africa (MEA) in June 2022.
Alan has been with Dimension Data MEA since 1999 and has been the company’s Managed Cloud and Infrastructure Services Executive since 2021. He’s a seasoned and well-regarded strategic leader who has held a variety of roles over his 23-year tenure at Dimension Data, including serving as a member of the Dimension Data MEA executive from 2013.
He brings a wealth of global expertise to his role including a strong track record of innovation and transformation and leading cross-functional teams.
Albi van Zyl
Chief Sales Strategy and Operations Officer
As Chief Sales Strategy and Operations Officer, Albi is responsible for our overall sales strategy and operational execution, including all of the global sales programmes, standardized methodologies, sales enablement, sales automation and governance.
Albi was previously the Senior Vice President – Sales Operations and Enablement for NTT Ltd. where she was responsible for the design, plan-to-execution and governance of Sales Strategy and Talent Transformation, Sales Compensation, Remuneration and overall sales enablement in support of NTT Ltd.’s Sales growth plan. Albi’s wealth of knowledge and experience in Sales and Sales Leadership spans over 25 years’ in the ICT industry where she has worked across multiple ICT organizations specialising in software sales, distribution, systems integration, and ERP.
Albi is originally from South Africa and now lives in the UK. Outside of work she enjoys indulging in her passion for food, sports and music.
Charlie Li
Senior Executive Vice President, Managed Cloud and Infrastructure Services
As part of the executive leadership team, Charlie supports the continued growth and development of our Managed Services portfolio and completion of the Managed Cloud and Infrastructure Services business transformation.
Charlie has a wealth of experience in cloud strategy, enterprise infrastructure and applications, and thought leadership. Before joining NTT, he served as Global Head of Enterprise Applications at Genpact and, prior to that, he spent 15 years at Capgemini, where he held positions as Executive Vice President, Chief Cloud Officer and Head of Application and Cloud Technology Group. Li also led Capgemini group’s global partner ecosystem and alliances team, driving strategic growth initiatives with AWS, MS, SAP, Salesforce and Google.
Charlie is the author of Optimize Quality for Business Outcomes: A practical approach to software testing, the World Quality Report, The Digital CIO’s Handbook, and multiple other publications.
Darren O'Loughlin
Enterprise Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
The NTT Ltd., Enterprise CISO facilitates executive leadership, vision and managerial oversight in the development and implementation of security strategies to define policies and processes that enable consistent, effective information security practices and minimize risk. He is responsible for industry certifications and security compliance for our global business.
A strategic and tactical Chief Security Officer with over twenty years of experience building best-in-class information security frameworks, he excels at resolving business issues, mitigating risk and delivering robust technology solutions that safeguard business continuity and compliance. Leveraging a background in law enforcement, his core strength is to lead and inspire teams to deliver challenging goals, building leadership capacity through dedicated mentoring.
Prior to Darren joining NTT Ltd he was a Director at Ernst & Young’s Security Solutions and a Detective with the Victoria Police Force.
Darren is based in Australia with his wife. In his spare time, he enjoys blacksmithing and motorbike riding.
David Bell
Executive Vice President, Strategic Alliances and Sourcing
David is responsible for managing NTT Ltd.’s global strategic partner relationships. David is focused on driving joint growth and profitability by crafting partner strategies, creating new transformational programs and differentiated offers, and driving execution across the business. Prior to this role David was NTT Ltd.’s Integration (IMO) leader where he was responsible for leading the global integration of 31 companies across 57 countries to form NTT Ltd. He was also Chief of Staff to NTT Ltd.’s CEO.
David joined the company in 2006 and held numerous other roles: Chief Strategy Officer for the company’s global Services business where led Dimension Data’s global Strategy Council, and Chief Strategy Officer for our Asia Pacific business where he was responsible not only for the development of Asia Pacific’s corporate & business unit strategy and driving consistent strategy execution across 13 countries, but also management of the region’s strategic partner relationships.
David holds an MBA from Cornell University, has over 30 years of diversified global experience, and recently returned to the United States after working overseas for 19 years in Asia Pacific (Singapore, Hong Kong) and most recently the United Kingdom. David lives in San Francisco with his boy/girl twins, loves to cook, and enjoys spending time with family.
Dilip Kumar
Global Chief Digital and Business Services Officer
Dilip Kumar is Global Chief Digital Officer for NTT Ltd. In this role, Dilip leads our targeted digitization and end-end business process optimization to enable data-driven business operations. He oversees our ‘Digital by 2023’ strategy by building the digital platform backbone for our own transformation, as well as building the foundation on data to centralize the access to delivery. This ultimately ensures we deliver improved efficiency gains, client experience and employee experience.
Dilip has a strong passion for bringing together processes and technology to simplify and improve the experience for our clients and employees. He has a track record of over 20 years, delivering transformation within the NTT family. He joined our group in country and regional leadership roles in Asia, ran the Systems Integration business globally, transformed the processes and systems for our Services, Consulting and Managed Services business and most recently has been delivering transformation for our newly integrated Services Organization.
Prior to NTT, Dilip worked for Datacraft/Dimension Data as COO responsible for the overall business performance of Asia Pacific countries. Dilip holds a MBA from Kellogg-HKUST University.
He currently lives in Singapore with his wife and two sons. In his spare time, Dilip mentors people to achieve success and maximize their performance, as well as aligning to personal motivations. He is driven by finding the most efficient way to use available time, money, materials, and human resources to create a positive impact on people and communities.
Eric Clark
Chief Executive Officer, Americas
In his role as Chief Executive Officer of NTT Ltd. in the Americas, Eric drives closer collaboration between NTT DATA and NTT Ltd. operations in the region, supporting the launch of new and innovative combined offerings. Previously, he was the Chief Digital & Strategy Officer for NTT DATA Services, focusing on go-to-market and offering management strategies and solutions. He oversaw the development of the company’s digital portfolio and led the ongoing evolution of insights and capabilities to facilitate client journeys through IT modernization and digital transformation.
Eric holds a Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Austin, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the same university. He has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Earlier in his career, Eric held numerous global senior leadership positions with ServiceNow, Dell, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Ernst & Young and Bank of America.
John Lombard
Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific
John Lombard joined NTT Ltd. (previously known as Dimension Data Asia Pacific) as the CEO in May 2016 and has over 30 years of leadership and management consulting experience. NTT Ltd. was incorporated on 1 July 2019 to bring together 31 brands, including Dimension Data, NTT Communications and NTT Security, into a single global technology services company.
Prior to NTT, John worked for SAP as Head of Services for Asia Pacific Japan. During his stint at SAP, he was responsible for services and support across 14 countries in the Asia Pacific Japan region and was central to driving the company’s Cloud Services, Consulting, Custom Development and Education portfolio. John has also served as the CEO and Managing Director of Crowe Howarth, the largest publicly listed business advisory and accounting firm in Australia and New Zealand.
John is the co-founder of #HeforShe for LeanIn Asia, which helps create an environment that enables women to #LeanIn to their careers and passions. He also serves on the board of directors of Very Special Arts Singapore. John holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Swinburne University of Technology in Australia.
Marilyn Chaplin
Chief Human Resources Officer
As Chief Human Resources Officer for NTT Ltd., Marilyn leads and develops a strategy that enables execution of our new global operating company’s vision, and the realization of its long-term business objectives. In addition Marilyn heads up NTT Ltd.’s sustainability portfolio enabling both our people and our business to help protect, restore and regenerate natural ecosystems, for which all living creatures are dependent.
Marilyn was previously Dimension Data Group Executive for People & Culture. She has over 30 years’ experience in both the corporate and academic world. Previously, she has worked for major multinational companies where she held senior marketing and HR positions and has lectured at leading international business schools.
In 1996, Marilyn founded her own business, ICMD (International Centre for Management Development), in partnership with London Business School and Manchester Business School. ICMD was acquired by Dimension Data in October 2000. Marilyn holds a Master of Business Science (cum laude) from the University of Cape Town.
Marilyn lives in London with her family, and outside of work enjoys traveling, cycling, and good food and wine.
Matt Preschern
Chief Marketing and Demand Generation Officer
Matt is Chief Marketing and Demand Generation Officer for NTT Ltd. Responsible for leading our marketing and demand generation function, he is accountable for demand generation (digital/ABM), driving consistent positioning and messaging in the marketplace and driving higher marketing ROI.
Prior to joining NTT Ltd., Matt was the CMO for Forcepoint, a leading cybersecurity software company. Previously, he was senior vice president of marketing at CA Technologies. He has also served as the CMO of HCL Technologies, where he led the effort to accelerate HCL’s brand recognition, supporting its multibillion-dollar growth. Furthermore, he served as the Enterprise CMO of Windstream Communications. Early in his career, he held numerous vice president roles at IBM across marketing strategy and performance marketing.
Matt is an award-winning marketer, having been named among the top 20 most influential CMOs by Forbes and recognized for his success in driving marketing innovation by the CMO Club.
Matt has an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Originally from Austria, and currently living in the US.
Miriam Murphy
Chief Executive Officer, Europe
Miriam leads our European businesses using her extensive experience across the region. She believes strongly in the power of technology as a business enabler and as an overall force for good societally and economically. Her experience in business transformation and integration at scale, including go-to-market strategies and workforce enablement, supports our clients and ecosystem in driving value and innovation, grow and transform.Roli Agrawal

Roli is Chief of Staff to the Global CEO. In addition to supporting the Global CEO with the execution of strategy, decision making and communications, Roli also drives our strategic projects.
Roli joined NTT Ltd. in May 2020. Prior to NTT, Roli spent more than ten years in management consulting, working at Bain as a Principal in their Technology practice, and at McKinsey specializing in Digital. Roli also has six years' experience working in technology consulting and in various in-house technology roles, including at Morgan Stanley. Recently she has worked at a start-up that is focused on helping large CPG firms transform their retail execution through Image Recognition and AI technologies.
Roli has an MBA from INSEAD and an Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (Roorkee).
Roli lives in South West London with her husband and two kids. In her spare time, Roli loves to read and travel and is keen to try her hands at writing short stories and articles.
Shahid Ahmed
Executive Vice President, New Ventures and Innovation
Shahid leads NTT's New Ventures and Innovation/Edge Group. NTT's Edge leverages Emerging Technologies, Private 5G, Edge Compute, IoT, and Cellular Connectivity to digitize the physical environment and enable the AI/ML visions of the future. Shahid brings over 30 years of experience across various industries. He is an appointee to the FCC's Technological Advisory Council and is a visiting professor at Northwestern University's McCormick School of Engineering.Sharad Sanghi
Managing Director, NTT Ltd. India, Acting Senior Executive Vice President, Data Center and Marine Cable
Sharad heads the global business of Data Centers and Marine Cables of NTT Ltd. across the four regions - APAC, EMEA, India and US.
An industry veteran with over 30 years of extensive experience in developing Internet backbone infrastructure and providing Internet services, Sharad is also the Co-chairman of the Data Center Council of apex associations like the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and a Board member of the APNIC Foundation.
Earlier on in his career - during a six-year stint in the US - Sharad worked for AT&T Bell Labs, the Backbone Engineering Group of NSFNET (ANS) and the Router Systems Development Group of Advantis (IBM Global Network).
Sharad, holds an Electrical Engineering degree from IIT Bombay and a Master’s degree from Columbia University, New York. He was inducted in the ‘Hall of fame’ by The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Mumbai in 2019 and is also the recipient of IIT Bombay’s Distinguished Alumnus Award 2021, a prestigious recognition conferred upon alumni for their outstanding achievements in the spheres of academia, industry, public service and social welfare.
Sunil Kishore
Senior Executive Vice President: Managed Network & Collaboration Services
Sunil leads NTT Ltd.’s Managed Network and Collaboration Services division, delivering on our next generation of services and in our goal to become the number one and pre-eminent provider of edge to cloud fabric, which are both secure and intelligent.
Prior to joining NTT, Sunil was a Partner at the global advisory firm, McKinsey & Company for almost 10 years, where he worked extensively with technology companies around the world on topics including strategy development, large-scale operational, growth and digital transformations.
Sunil brings a deep understanding of our business and the transformation that we need to go through, as well as extensive networking experience. His expertise will be extremely valuable to NTT’s growth strategy, as we work with clients to ensure they have an intelligent, secure network fabric that moves and grows with their organization.

Takanobu lives with his wife in Tokyo and has a daughter who lives in Osaka. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, doing yoga and watching movies with his wife.
Zellah Fuphe
Chief Risk and Sustainability Officer (CRSO)
Zellah leads the global Risk and Sustainability function, building on her excellent reputation and corporate governance experience in various senior leadership roles in the MEA region. Her focus includes data privacy, insurance, risk management, integrity, and risk management operations. She’ll also lead the implementation of our global sustainability ambitions.
Zellah is a graduate of the University of Cape Town. Before joining Dimension Data’s executive team, she was Managing Director of Plessey South Africa, a Dimension Data group company. Zellah serves on the board of Kap Industrial Holdings, which is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, and previously served on the boards of AECI, Engen, Oceana, University of South Africa’s Graduate School of Business Leadership and more.
She is the founder and initial funder of Alumni-in-Action, an initiative that provides access to mental health support to student survivors of gender-based violence.
